We ship locally within Singapore via SPX Express. Flat rate shipping at $2.60, calculated automatically at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 2 days.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed the same day - including weekends. During launches or busier periods, processing may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
Lost Packages
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with your neighbours or building management first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll assist with opening an investigation with the courier.
Please note that we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
Unsuccessful Delivery
SPX Express will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the final attempt, the parcel will be returned to us and additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
