Returns & Exchanges

Return for Refund

We accept returns for a refund if the issue is on our end, including:

- The item received is defective (manufacturing fault or print defect).
- The item received is damaged upon delivery.
- An incorrect item was sent.

Refunds won't be granted for:

- Incorrect size selection.
- Change of mind. 
- Preference-based reasons.
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences.

If a return is approved, we'll arrange courier pickup and cover all shipping costs. The item will need to pass inspection upon return, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via PayNow if requested. Original shipping fees will also be refunded in these cases.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for incorrect size selections. Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, and courier pickup will be arranged after payment of the return shipping fee.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size isn't available, we'll offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

The item must pass inspection upon return before the exchange is processed.


Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

- Unworn and unwashed.
- Free from stains, scents, deodorant marks, or signs of use.
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.

Items that don't meet these conditions will be rejected and may be shipped back at the customer's expense. 


How to Submit a Request

Step 1 - Email hello@cannedthreads.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Step 2 - Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Step 3 - Wait for written approval before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.


Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, and limited release items are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item received is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
